The Hickory Hub Member Agreement
Welcome to The Hickory Hub! We’re excited to have you as part of our coworking community. This agreement outlines expectations to help us maintain a clean, professional, and respectful shared space. By signing below, you agree to the following terms:
🧼 Respect the Space
Keep your workspace and shared areas clean and clutter-free.
Return furniture to its original position if you move it for meetings or events.
Leave meeting rooms as you found them: chairs pushed in, whiteboards erased, trash removed.
Wash any dishes you use and clean up after yourself in the kitchen, lounge, and restroom areas.
Report any spills, maintenance issues, or damage to Hub staff.
🍽️ Kitchen Courtesy
Label your food and drinks using the stickers provided.
Items marked with Hub stickers are for community use; do not take items that are not yours.
The fridge is cleaned every Friday—unlabeled items will be discarded.
Be mindful of strong food smells and dispose of expired items promptly.
🔇 Noise & Conduct
Use respectful volume levels in all shared areas.
Take calls in designated phone booths or private rooms.
Use headphones for music, videos, or online meetings.
Treat members, guests, and staff with professionalism and kindness.
No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.
👥 Guest Policy
Guests are welcome for brief meetings or tours and must remain with you at all times.
Members are fully responsible for their guests and must ensure their behavior aligns with Hub policies.
Guests may not use workspaces, conference rooms, or amenities without prior approval or a valid day pass.
Unsupervised or recurring guest use is not permitted.
🔐 Security & Safety
Do not share your access badge, key, or fob with anyone.
Lock up personal belongings; The Hub is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Do not prop open secure doors.
Report any safety or security concerns to staff immediately.
💼 Fair Use & Shared Resources
Meeting rooms must be reserved in advance and used only during your scheduled time.
Be courteous when using the printer, coffee machines, and other shared amenities.
Do not store personal items in shared spaces or leave unattended items overnight.
🌐 Technology & Network Use
No unauthorized tampering with routers, printers, or systems.
The network is monitored—no illegal activity is permitted.
💳 Membership Payment & Terms
Membership fees are due on the 1st of each month.
A 10% late fee is applied on the 5th for any unpaid balances.
If payment is not received by the 10th, access to the space will be suspended.
If the balance remains unpaid by the 17th, we will assume membership is forfeited. At that time, your belongings will be packed up and made available for pickup during business hours, and the office will be made available to other interested members.

Membership is month-to-month and may be revoked or suspended for:
Violating this agreement
Disruptive behavior
Non-payment of fees
Rules and terms may be updated at any time with reasonable notice.
